Use desktop Excel or Google Sheets for the workbook. The planners need a PDF notes app that supports internal links, such as GoodNotes or Notability. Software, app subscriptions and accounts are not included. All file text is in English.
Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. There is no ready-made Sheets copy. Full compatibility after import has not yet been verified; formulas, menus and charts may behave differently.
You can open it in the Excel or Google Sheets app to check your numbers. The tables are wide, so setting up and entering longer lists is easier on a computer. The planners are made for a tablet, not a phone.
Enter your currency symbol on Start and use that currency throughout the workbook. Amounts are plain numbers; the file does not convert between currencies.
Yes. Start with a fresh copy, change the year on Start and enter your opening account balances. The planners are undated, so you write the dates yourself. The licence is for you and your household, not for resale or sharing.
Choose Weekly or Biweekly on Start and enter your first payday. Each month calculates its expected paycheck count and pay amount. You still enter the income you actually receive on Transactions.
Import a PDF into your notes app and tap its tabs or navigation buttons. If tapping writes on the page, switch to read-only or view mode. The planners do not calculate money totals or sync with the workbook.
