Before you buy: the workbook is an Excel file; a computer is best for setup. Planners need a tablet and a PDF notes app with link support. Software and devices are not included.

How do I get started?

Open the workbook, set your year and accounts on Start, then set a budget. Enter daily movements on Transactions. The included two-page guide explains each part.

Will the files work on my phone?

The workbook is best set up and edited on a computer because its tables are wide. The PDF planners are designed for a tablet, not a phone.

Can I use my own currency?

Set your currency symbol and rename your categories on Start. Use one currency throughout: the workbook does not convert currencies.

Do I need to know formulas?

Type in the yellow input cells and leave the formulas in place. Formula cells are not protected: if you overwrite one, use Undo or start from a fresh copy.

What if a file doesn’t work?

Contact support@getsortedkit.com for repair or replacement. Digital downloads cannot be returned after download; statutory rights still apply. The real checkout will explain immediate delivery and withdrawal consent before payment.
